With the holiday season upon us, the December issue of “The Vine” celebrates Houweling’s plans to build a new greenhouse in Utah. The project will provide fresh local tomatoes, help reduce freight shipments of produce and our greenhouses will use the waste heat and CO2 generated from a local facility.
