California Avocado & Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 ripe fresh California Avocados seeded & peeled
  • ½ cup fresh Houweling’s Tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp basil freshly chopped
  • 1-2 medium cloves garlic minced
  • 1 sourdough baguette ½” slices, lightly toasted
  • freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
